You will work on the first shift with a 36-hour work week, contributing to a team focused on safety and quality care. ACLS/PALS required within 6 months; Indiana license and BLS/CPR certification are mandatory.

Qualifications

Description

The RN or LPN on the Med/Surg unit is responsible for delivering coordinated, high-quality nursing care to hospitalized patients, including patient and family education. They work collaboratively with the healthcare team to foster a safe, comfortable environment and perform thorough assessments to monitor patient status. Demonstrating competence in essential nursing skills, they ensure timely admissions and ongoing evaluations, applying their knowledge of development principles to address each patient’s unique needs. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus - RN: $20,000 / LPN: $12,000

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements

• 36 hours per week - First Shift
• 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
• BLS/CPR Certification Required
• ACLS and PALS Certifications Required Within 6 Months of Hire
