Adams Woodcrest Assisted Living in Decatur, IN, seeks a Nurse Lead to oversee daily nursing operations and mentor the nursing team. The role coordinates resident care, administers medications as permitted, and supports provider visits while upholding safety and resident dignity.

The position offers a sign-on bonus for RN ($20,000) or LPN ($12,000) and benefits beginning the first of the month after hire. Second shift, 40 hours/week, every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Indiana.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 40 hours per week, second shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
• Every other weekend.

Description

The Nurse Lead at Adams Woodcrest Assisted Living oversees daily nursing operations and supports the delivery of quality, compassionate resident care. Responsibilities include leading nursing staff, coordinating resident care, administering medications and treatments as permitted, assisting with provider visits, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations. The Nurse Lead promotes resident safety, dignity, and independence while serving as a resource and mentor to the nursing team.

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus - RN: $20,000 / LPN: $12,000

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements:
