Job summary

Adams Woodcrest Assisted Living in Decatur, IN seeks a Nurse Lead to oversee daily nursing operations and mentor staff in a compassionate resident care setting.

You will coordinate care, administer medications and treatments, assist with provider visits, and ensure standards compliance while promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license valid in Indiana.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Senior Living nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Description

The Nurse Lead at Adams Woodcrest Assisted Living oversees daily nursing operations and supports the delivery of quality, compassionate resident care. Responsibilities include leading nursing staff, coordinating resident care, administering medications and treatments as permitted, assisting with provider visits, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations. The Nurse Lead promotes resident safety, dignity, and independence while serving as a resource and mentor to the nursing team.

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus - RN: $20,000 / LPN: $12,000

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements:

40 hours per week - Second Shift

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Every Other Weekend

Valid RN or LPN License in the State of Indiana

BLS/CPR Certification Required

Senior Living Nursing Experience Preferred
