Job summary

Adams Medical Group - Surgery in Decatur, IN is seeking an RN or LPN to provide essential patient care under a provider's direction. The role includes preparing patients for examinations, administering medications and injections, dressing wounds, and assisting in minor procedures.

You will triage calls, maintain patient records, manage supplies, perform lab tests, record EKGs, and support with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license in Indiana is required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under provider direction.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications and injections; dress wounds.
• Triages incoming calls requiring nurse assessment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Clean and sterilize instruments; manage supply inventory.
• Conduct laboratory tests and record electrocardiograms.
• Assist with secretarial duties as needed.
