Bethany Northwest in Everett, WA seeks dedicated RNs and LPNs for full-time evening shifts (2pm–10pm) at our LTC/SNF facilities. The right candidates hold WA state RN/LPN licenses, CPR, and can work a flexible rotation.

Job Details: Job Location: EVERETT, WA 98201, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 2 Year Degree, Salary Range: $40.00 - $55.00 Hourly, Job Shift: Any, We are looking for RNs and LPNs to join our growing team on the evening shift 2pm to 10pm at our LTC/SNF facilities in Everett! The right candidates will have previous experience as an RN or LPN in a long term care/skilled nursing facility and have a current Washington state license. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work a flexible shift schedule.

Pay Range: $40- $50 LPN and $45-$55 RN DOE

Hours: Full time Evening Shift 2pm to 10pm on 4 on 2 off rotation

Responsibilities for the RN or LPN include:

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients.
• Assess patients’ condition.
• Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.
• Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
• Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.

Qualifications: Qualifications of the RN or LPN

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing.
• Current Washington state license as an RN or LPN.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Compassionate, friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work arotation pattern
