Job summary

Bethany of the Northwest in Everett, WA is seeking a compassionate RN to join our Home Health and Hospice team on a full-time basis. The right candidate will have Home Health and/or Hospice experience, hold a Washington RN license, and demonstrate excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing.
• Current Washington state license as an RN.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Home Health and/or Hospice experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients.
• Assess patients' conditions, send chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.
• Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
• Provide effective communication to patients/families, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.
