Bethany of the Northwest in Everett, WA is seeking passionate RNs and LPNs to join our Staff Pool, supporting four facilities with coverage for vacations and sick leave.

Staff pool employees pick up shifts 4-6 weeks ahead and on short notice, with 8-hour shifts across 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am. Competitive pay and benefits await qualified candidates, including paid sick leave and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Active Washington state RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma/AS/Bachelor).
• Open to working a minimum of two shifts per month.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ condition.
• Record observations and perform vital signs and medication review.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, team members and other health care professionals.
• Follow directions from senior nursing staff.

They are able to pick up their shifts 4-6 weeks ahead as well as short notice.
