Bethany Northwest in Everett, WA seeks dedicated RNs and LPNs for full-time evening shifts (2pm–10pm) at our LTC/SNF facilities. The right candidates hold WA state RN/LPN licenses, CPR, and can work a flexible rotation.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• Flexible shift schedule ability required.
• Experience in long term care/skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
• Assess patient condition and monitor status.
• Record observations and perform vital signs and medication review.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and care team.
