Job summary

Specialty Care Pediatrics is seeking compassionate LPNs to provide in-home care to medically fragile patients in Oklahoma. You will implement physicians' plans, administer medications, and document care with accuracy while coordinating with families and the healthcare team.

We offer flexible shifts from 4 to 16 hours, full-time, part-time or PRN, with weekly pay, health benefits, PTO, 401(k) with employer matching, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) with state license.
• Knowledge of Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
• Ability to follow physicians' plans and document care accurately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements physicians' prescribed plan of care, including assessments.
• Administration of medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Maintain documentation on patients in accordance with policies.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Travel to clinic locations as needed.
