Job summary

Specialty Care Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide in-home pediatric care across Oklahoma. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, administering meds, and documenting care with accuracy. Travel to patient homes and clinics is required; shifts range from 4 to 16 hours, with full-time, part-time or PRN options.

Qualifications

  • Active LPN license in Oklahoma; new grads welcome.
  • Experience in pediatric care and home health preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Implements physician's plan of care; assess and document patient condition.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per orders.
  • Provide education and support to patient and family.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and coordinate with health team.
  • Travel to patient homes and clinics as needed.
