Job summary

Specialty Care Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide in-home pediatric nursing care. You'll implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, and document meticulously while coordinating with families and the health care team.

We offer flexible 4–16 hour shifts, full-time/part-time/PRN options, and 24/7 clinical support. New graduates welcomed with paid training in a locally owned pediatric home health setting.

Qualifications

  • Active RN or LPN license required.
  • Current CPR and BLS certification.
  • Experience in home health preferred; new grads welcome with training.

Responsibilities

  • Implements physician's prescribed plan of care including assessments and treatments.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation per policies.
  • Provide education and support to patient and family regarding diagnosis and care.
  • Travel to clinic locations as needed.
