Job summary

Specialty Care Pediatrics seeks compassionate LPNs to provide in-home pediatric care, delivering one-on-one support for medically fragile patients. Flexible shifts range from 4 to 16 hours, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules, days or nights.

Responsibilities include implementing physician plans of care, administering medications, and documenting care. You will also educate families and coordinate with the care team.

Qualifications

  • Active LPN license issued by the State Board.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered care approach.
  • Willingness to travel to clinic locations as needed.
  • Flexibility to work 4–16 hour shifts, days or nights.

Responsibilities

  • Implements physicians' prescribed plan of care, including assessments.
  • Administers medications, treatments, and therapies.
  • Maintains timely documentation of patient care per policies.
  • Provides health education and support to patient and family.
  • Maintains clinical competency and coordinates with care team.
  • Identifies and reports changes in patient condition promptly.
