Job summary

Aspire Fertility Austin is looking for a compassionate RN or LVN to join our fertility clinic team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-focused setting and supports patients throughout their fertility journey.

Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:00pm with weekend/holiday on-call. Responsibilities include nursing care across the fertility process and collaboration with the care team to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and current TX RN/LPN/LVN license.
• Current BLS & ACLS.
• IV skills preferred.
• Fertility or women's health experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care throughout the fertility treatment process (pre-op, OR, PACU).
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments per physician orders; IV skills preferred.
• Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, testing, and OR needs while ensuring patient safety.
• Coordinate patient appointments, monitor IVF and FET cycles, and related treatments.

Description

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented RN or LVN to join our fertility clinic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is dedicated to supporting patients throughout their fertility journey.

Provide compassionate nursing care throughout the fertility treatment process, including pre-op, OR, and PACU.

Prepare and administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards; IV skills preferred.

Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, testing, and operating room needs while maintaining patient safety.

Coordinate patient appointments, monitoring, IVF and FET cycles, and related treatments and procedures.

Maintain accurate patient records, document communications and treatments, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care.

Education and Experience:

• HS diploma or GED and current license to practice as a RN or LPN/LVN in TX
• Current BLS &ACLS.
• IV Skills preferred
• Fertility or other women's health experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish a PLUS!
