Job summary

Talented Medicals Solution is seeking a perioperative nurse in Oregon to provide comprehensive care before, during, and after surgical procedures. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure a safe, sterile, and efficient operating room environment while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires ASN with RN licensure in the state, BLS certification, and preferred ACLS/CNOR credentials or policy-based qualifications.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS and CNOR certifications preferred or required per facility policy.
• Recent Operating Room nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative patient care.
• Prepare the operating room, equipment, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with infection prevention standards.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative process and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and documentation in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote patient safety and positive surgical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation.
• Adhere to patient safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
