Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure a safe, sterile, and efficient operating room environment while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds an ASN with RN license, BLS, and preferably ACLS/CNOR; OR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and CNOR certifications preferred or required per facility policy.
• Recent operating room nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative patient care.
• Prepare OR, equipment, instruments, and supplies for procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention standards.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during procedures.
• Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative process.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.
• Adhere to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certifications preferred or required per facility policy.
• Recent Operating Room nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
