Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a Registered Nurse on-site at the West Bend Hospital to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care. The RN will support patients undergoing operative or invasive procedures in the OR and GI/Bronch lab, with responsibilities aligned to the ANA standards.

The role requires Wisconsin RN licensure (or NLC multi-state) and AHA BLS within 90 days of hire; BSN preferred. Shift details include day hours with on-call rotations, and a 36-hour standard week under 0.9 FTE.

Qualifications

• Requires current Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license via NLC.
• BSN preferred for role.
• AHA BLS (Healthcare Provider) required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a patient group.
• Demonstrate competency in care delivery for operative/invasive procedures in OR and GI/Bronch lab.
• Manage routine and complex patient needs during shifts.
