Job summary

Froedtert Health in Menomonee Falls, WI seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified patient group in the Operating Room and GI/Bronch labs. This on-site, full-time role is primarily day shift with occasional rotation to early PM; expects weeknight, weekend and holiday on-call coverage.

Orientation includes a 30-day rotation on PM shift; licensure must be Wisconsin RN or multi-state NLC; BSN preferred and BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license (NLC)
• BSN preferred; enrollment in a BSN program within 15 months of hire and completion within 5 years
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) required within 90 days of hire
• Experience in Operating Room and GI/Bronch lab settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for identified patient groups
• Provide care for patients undergoing operative or invasive procedures in OR and GI/Bronch labs
• Manage weeknight, weekend and holiday on-call rotations; participate in on-call coverage
