Job summary

Froedtert Health is recruiting a Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics in West Bend, WI. This on-site role is part-time equivalent at 0.875 FTE with 35 hours per week, following Shift 1 schedule, Monday-Tuesday-Thursday 7:30-5, Friday 7:30-4 (off Wednesdays).

The RN will collaborate with an interprofessional team to coordinate care, educate patients and families, and perform in-clinic minor procedures as needed. Qualifications include at least 1 year of nursing experience, WI RN license, and BLS

Qualifications

• Clinical experience and/or interest in care of patient populations.
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferred.
• Requires Wisconsin RN license; BLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient and family centered care in ambulatory settings.
• Coordinate patient care and plan of care with interprofessional team.
• Deliver direct patient care, education, and triage via telephone/eVisits.
• Assist with in-clinic minor procedures and float to other areas as needed.
