Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking an On-site Registered Nurse at our West Bend Hospital facility. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient group, primarily in the operating room and GI/Bronch lab settings.

You must maintain licensure and BLS within the required timeframe. Experience with perioperative care and a BSN is preferred, with on-call duties and weekend/holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• Clinical competence in the care and management of patient populations
• Requires Wisconsin RN license and BLS within 90 days of hire
• BSN (or higher) program enrollment expected within 15 months of hire if not already completed

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for an identified patient group.
• Provide care in operating room and GI/Bronch lab settings.
• Demonstrate nursing practice aligned with ANA standards and ensure safety and quality.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Wisconsin RN License

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
