Job summary

HCA Healthcare seeks an Operating Room First Assistant Registered Nurse to provide expert intra-operative care. You will support surgeons, review patient records, and manage medications under physician orders in a high-quality surgical environment.

Must hold Florida RN/ARNP license or compact license, CFA certification with 350 cases, and at least two years of recent experience. BLS is required; join a team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse or ARNP or appropriate compact licensure.
• Current CFA and 350 cases completed.
• Two years of experience within the last four years.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care of intra-operative patients.
• Assist surgeons in operative procedures.
• Maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
