Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Seven years of progressively more responsible clinical or management experience.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Lead Perioperative Services at the site level and oversee programs, policies and staffing.
• Develop and monitor budgets, goals and performance measures for the OR.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on policy development and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission requirements and hospital policies.
• Provide leadership in recruitment, retention and staff development.
