RN OR Circulator - Baptist Surgery - Days

INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, has a great opportunity for a RN Circulator in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time position (0700-1530) involves working with our Surgery team to provide exceptional care. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including front-loaded PTO, 100% paid short-term disability, increased retirement match, and paid family leave. Those accepting an offer by 6/30/2025 may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

The Staff RN manages patient care utilizing the nursing process, may float to other units, and participate in on-call duties. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, interventions, evaluation, supervising staff, and mentoring. The role requires adherence to safety goals and population-specific competencies.

Qualifications include:

• Oklahoma RN license or multistate license (eNLC)
• Current BLS certification or completion within 30 days
• Effective communication in English

Additional department-specific qualifications apply for hospice, radiology, mental health, or emergency department roles, such as CPR, ACLS, or PALS certifications.
