vTech Solution is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to maintain patient health before, during, and after surgical procedures in a Montana facility. The role involves assessing patients, anticipating the needs of the surgical team, and supporting an aseptic, safe operating room environment.

The OR RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, uphold the nursing philosophy, and function as a self-motivated professional and resource person within the OR setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.

Special Considerations:

• Must maintain strict aseptic techniques and sterile field protocols.
• Position requires collaboration and communication with surgical team members.
• Travelers from Montana will only be considered if residing beyond a 250-mile radius from the facility.

Scheduling:

• Work schedule typically involves shifts aligned with surgical case schedules.
• Shift types may include days, evenings, or as assigned based on operating room needs.
