Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ seeks a skilled RN for OR circulating duties on the night shift. You will provide critical nursing care in the operating room, prepare the sterile field, administer medications, monitor patient status, and collaborate with the surgical team to maintain patient safety.

Arizona RN license is required (compact state license accepted); BSN is preferred. A $20k sign-on bonus is available and prior OR experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• RN license required to hire, Arizona or compact state.
• AS/ Diploma in Nursing acceptable; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required or as per unit policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform circulating RN duties in OR per ANA standards.
• administer meds, verify dosages, and manage IV lines.
• collaborate with surgeons and staff to ensure patient safety.
• document care plans, assessments, and outcomes accurately.
• mentor and support OR team members and students as needed.

Education

Arizona nursing license

AS / Diploma in Nursing

BSN degree (preferred)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
