The RN must have an active Illinois license and relevant certifications, and demonstrate charge experience with managing patient ratios. The position follows a rotating schedule, typically Monday–Friday, with 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, and requires familiarity with Epic.
