Job summary

Cynet Health in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced RN - OR for a 13-week night shift assignment. The role involves managing general, ENT, neuro, spine, ortho, and robotics cases, scrubbing, and supporting a fast-paced OR team.

Expect 12-hour shifts with around 30 cases per day; must have trauma and neuro experience and be proficient with Epic charting. Scrubs provided; orientation included; call obligations about 120 hours per contract. Float only in extreme circumstances.

Description:The role requires expertise in operating room procedures.Experience with general, ENT, neuro, spine, ortho, and robotics cases is essential.Charge nurse or house supervisor experience is preferred but not mandatory.The average number of cases per day is around 30.Nurses will be required to float only in extreme circumstances.Scrubs will be provided.Familiarity with the Epic charting system is required.Weeknight and weekend call requirements are approximately 120 hours per contract.Call response time is expected to be within 30 minutes.The unit will have two OR techs on shift.Unit-specific orientation is included.The organization has a cancellation policy regarding shifts within the assignment duration.
