Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room in a 13-week assignment. The role requires strong OR nursing skills and a background in Orthopedics/Spine or robotics. Current RN license and BLS are required, with a minimum of 2 years of OR experience.

Shifts are Day 4x10s or Mid 4x10s, 10-hour shifts; alternate shifts include 3x12s or 5x8s with varied start times. No weekends or on-call. Facility includes Level I Trauma and Epic charting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience.
• Current RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong Orthopedic/Spine background or robotics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the OR setting.
• Assist with scrub and circulating duties as needed.
• Support a variety of procedures listed in the description, including orthopedic/spine cases.

Description:Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room with a strong Orthopedic or Spine background.Robotically-assisted surgical experience is a plus.Alternate shifts available: 3x12s with shifts from 7a-7p or 11a-11p; 5x8s with shifts from 7a-3:30p or 3p-11:30p.No weekends and no call required.Facility characteristics include a Short-Term Acute Care setting and Level I Trauma designation.Total staffed beds: 1,567.Scrub color is provided.Charting system used is Epic.Experience with the following procedures is preferred: Aortocaval fistula repair, Arthroscopy, Cholecystectomy, Craniotomy, Laminectomy/discectomy, Spinal Fusion, and Total joint replacement.The candidate should have knowledge of certain specialized equipment, though not required.The facility supports interdisciplinary care, catering to adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
