Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Operations Training Specialist to develop and deliver training programs that boost operational efficiency and patient care. You will work under the Operations Director, leading staff training on EHR workflows, vaccine handling, and clinical operations.

The role requires an Active Maryland RN license, BLS, and extensive AthenaOne experience, with a focus on knowledge transfer and regulatory compliance. This position is on-site in Maryland with company benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Maryland with proof of education.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency with AthenaOne EHR, including workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
• Educate staff on AthenaOne, AthenaDental, CRISP, i2i, and related resources.
• Instruct on vaccine storage, inventory, and vaccine logs.
• Design and deliver training materials, including presentations and online modules.
• Lead QA workflow implementations and monthly training to ensure QA measures are captured.
