Mercy in Missouri seeks an RN for the Operating Room, a fast-paced, team-driven department where no day looks the same. You’ll apply the nursing process to patient care, coordinate with departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

New grads receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus; RNs with 1+ years earn up to $20,000, plus relocation assistance up to $3,000. Mercy offers paid time off, tuition support, and retirement plans, with a strong focus on teamwork and growth in a Level 1 Trauma

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or eligible within probation period.

Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Position Details:

New Grad $5,000 Sign On Bonus

1+ years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus up to $20,000

Paid Time Off Frontload up to 80 hours for full time only experienced RN’s

$3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of a state approved School of Nursing.
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Experience: None.
• Certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
