Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in the OR/Surgery. The role features a 5x8 daytime schedule, with a $20,000 sign-on for eligible candidates and rotating call.

Qualifications

• ICU experience preferred for 1 year+.
• ACLS required upon hire.
• Arizona RN license or Compact with AZ endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Establish a care plan with patient involvement.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient status to care team and family.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines including transfer and discharge.

Skills

ICU experience

ACLS certification

Arizona RN license

Compact license with AZ endorsement

Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)

BSN preferred
