Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Operating Room at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm.

You will lead OR operations, manage staffing and resources, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and a smooth transition of care across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license in Illinois required.
• CPR/BLS required.
• 2 years of experience in an acute care OR setting required.
• 1 year leadership experience preferred; CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, directs, and manages resources to ensure proper delivery of patient care and department planning.
• Manages day-to-day OR operations and collaborates with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff to meet clinical needs.
• Oversees staffing, equipment, and supplies to support smooth unit performance.
