Job summary

CHI St. Gabriel’s Health in Little Falls, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality perioperative care in the OR. You will perform assessments, plan care, and execute procedures to support patient recovery.

Collaborate with surgeons and staff to ensure clear handoffs, uphold the hospital's mission and values, and maintain high standards of patient safety. Requires OR experience and ACLS/PALS/CPR credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse: MN
• Basic Life Support - CPR
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• Operating Room experience

Responsibilities

• Direct team activities in the OR.
• Assure proper communication in OR among staff and surgeons.
• Develop a perioperative nursing care plan through assessment of patient needs.
