Job summary

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse Degree from an Accredited College or University.
  • Registered Nurse: MN licensure.
  • Basic Life Support - CPR certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily care of the patient including admissions, assessments, treatments, medications, education and discharge planning.
  • Develop, implement and modify the patient care plan as indicated by patient’s conditions and responses.
  • Administer medications using barcode scanning.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed in ORM within Meditech for all surgical patients.
  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with all patient populations, physicians, and across all areas of continuum of care.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily care of the patient including admissions, assessments, treatments, medications, education and discharge planning.
  • Develop, implement and modify the patient care plan as indicated by patient’s conditions and responses. Uses multidisciplinary team strategies to resolve patient problems.
  • Administer medications using barcode scanning.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed in ORM within Meditech for all surgical patients.
  • Demonstrate adequacy in EDM tracker and PCS.
  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with all patient populations, physicians, and across all areas of continuum of care.
Job Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Degree from an Accredited College or University.
  • Registered Nurse: MN licensure.
  • Basic Life Support - CPR certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
