Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• APRN or RN licensure required.
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma required.
• Acute Care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition at admission and during each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide responsive, compassionate care and promptly address patient requests.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up steps.
