Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• APRN or RN licensure

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and document care in the medical record
• Provide responsive care, anticipate needs and educate patients and families about the condition and treatment
