Documentation system is Meditech.
Scheduling requirements involve working every other weekend.
Patient types include med-surg, oncology, hospice patients, and hemodynamically stable patients requiring cardiac monitoring without interventions.
Typical procedures performed on the unit include wound vac changes, drain removal, IV/PICC line management, Foley insertion/removal, and NG insertion/removal.
Floating areas include med-surg and telemetry for med-surg level patients.
Dress code requires pewter (gray) for nurses and Caribbean blue for PCTs.
No call and weekends required every third weekend.
