Job summary

Crescent Hospice is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to support hospice patients and families during critical moments in Orangeburg and surrounding counties. The role emphasizes timely, compassionate care coordination and patient-centered support.

The RN will assess needs, coordinate services, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining CPR/EMR proficiency and a patient-first approach. Weekend on-call with a structured benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and active RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in medical-surgical/acute care; hospice experience a plus.
• CPR certification if required by state; computer proficiency with EMR systems.

Crescent Hospice is currently seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

SCHEDULE: Friday 430pm through Monday 8am

TERRITORY/AREA OF COVERAGE: Orangeburg and surrounding Counties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a Plus!
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state.

$70,000 - $80,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
