Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and non-professional nursing staff.
• Make rounds to assess care quality, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Explain nursing policies and provide staff with ongoing training.
• Collaborate with DON/administration and other departments.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with EMS when required.
• Support orientation of new nursing personnel and uphold training standards.
