Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state)
• Experience providing direct resident care
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care
• Willingness to work 3 12's on Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and non-professional nursing staff
• Administer medications and provide direct resident care
• Ensure quality of care through rounds and resident satisfaction
• Coordinate with DON/administration on observations and staff concerns
• Assist in orientation and training of new nursing personnel
• Maintain safety and sanitary conditions of units and equipment
• Respond to emergencies and communicate care plans to residents and families
