Job summary

Lowry Hills Care & Rehabilitation Center in Colorado is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN for full-time night shifts (12-hour). You will provide high-quality clinical care to residents in a skilled nursing environment, contributing to their recovery and daily wellness.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree
• An active RN/LPN license
• 2+ years' experience as an RN/LPN in a nursing community preferred
• The desire to care for residents and act with integrity
• The ability to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean and safe environment
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and all tasks are performed per state and government regulations
• Follows procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed
• Any other tasks assigned by nurse management or NHA

Education

Associates Degree

Active RN/LPN license

2+ years' experience as RN/LPN in a nursing community

Desire to care for residents with integrity

Ability to work flexible hours
