Job summary

Canyon Home Care & Hospice is currently hiring a Full-time on-call RN for hospice. The role includes evenings and nights, weekends, and some holidays within Salt Lake County. Mileage is reimbursed and you will work with a supportive team.

Qualifications include Utah RN license, CPR, home health or hospice experience, and strong triage and EMR navigation skills. Reliable transportation is required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.
