Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Observation/PCU team in Sun City, AZ. The role involves high-volume patient care under RN supervision, with day and night shifts and a requirement to float between campuses as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, documenting actions in the EMR, and escalating safety concerns promptly while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize care plans.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the relevant state.
• Experience in observation/PCU or similar fast-paced unit.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to escalate safety concerns promptly.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Understanding of hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• BLS certification; ACLS a plus, or willingness to obtain.
• Proficient in EHR documentation and EMR coding standards.
• Ability to triage and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.

• Support ongoing professional development and participate in training opportunities.

36 hrs, 10/12 start date, Day and night shifts available. Must float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses as needed. Boswell as primary campus
