Job summary

Regions Hospital is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join the Observation & Med/Surg Unit. This 22-bed unit focuses on short stay medical-surgical observation and extended recovery, including general surgery, neurosurgery, urology, cardiac telemetry and post-procedural care.

New hires receive orientation and a nurse residency program to support transition and retention. The role supports a patient- and family-centered care model in a Level I Trauma Center.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota
• BLS/CPR for healthcare providers or professional rescuer
• 1 year RN experience (or ADN with applicable experience)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations
