Job summary

Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our Observation & Med/Surg Unit for short-stay and telemetry care. The unit emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based practice and a strong team approach.

The RN will provide bedside care on a 0.70 night schedule with a weekend rotation, requiring MN licensure and BLS/CPR certification. BSN preferred and a commitment to excellence in patient care is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with 1 year RN experience.
• Minnesota RN licensure is required.
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer or BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in the Observation & Med/Surg unit.
• Care for short-stay medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure safety.
