• Performs nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of nursing care for care team integration
• Completes initial patient assessments and develops plans of care
• Implements and adjusts plans of care based on patient status
• Ensures patient safety and adheres to safety protocols
• Provides medication administration following the 5 Rights
• Communicates with the care team to coordinate patient care
• Delegates tasks to nursing support staff and validates completion
