Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois (IDFPR).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - AHA.
• College diploma in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit-based nursing duties and care plans.
• Document nursing care accurately for the care team.
• Conduct initial patient assessment and develop care plans.
• Implement and modify care plans based on patient status.
• Ensure patient and staff safety and address hazards.
• Communicate effectively within the healthcare team.
• Support timely admission, discharge and observations.
