Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
• Composes initial assessment on patient admission and develops a care plan.
• Implements plan of care and nursing interventions; modifies plan as needed.
• Ensures patient and employee safety and reports safety hazards.
• Communicates with the team to support interdisciplinary care and patient safety.
