Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license current in Illinois with IDFPR or eligible
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Perform RN patient care per unit standards and care plan.
• Document nursing care accurately and timely.
• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Delegate tasks to HCTrs and supervise delegated duties.
• Ensure patient safety, respond to calls, and promote a healing environment.
• Communicate effectively within the care team to coordinate care.
