Responsibilities

• Performs RN patient care per unit standards and care plans.
• Documents nursing care accurately for healthcare team.
• Completes initial patient assessment and develops an appropriate plan of care.
• Implements and adjusts care plan with nursing interventions.
• Maintains patient safety, fall precautions, and isolation precautions.
• Delegates tasks to HCTrs and ensures completion during shifts.
• Administers medications following the 5 Rights (patient, medication, route, dose, time).
• Communicates with the healthcare team to coordinate care and optimize safety.
