Job summary

• Maintains documentation of nursing care and develops care plans.
• Conducts initial patient assessments and updates plans of care.
• Delivers medications using the 5 Rights and ensures safety.
• Communicates with the care team and supports patient and family needs.
• Ensures safety, triage of calls, and timely patient care.
